RETURN POLICY

We want you to be just as excited about your purchase as we are. But if it’s not the right fit, no worries—we’ve got you covered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item based on the following guidelines:

  1. Refund: Return requests for a refund to your original payment method must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order (including local deliveries).

    Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

  2. Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Hang tags must be attached with the safety pin, as shipped. Items with removed tags, visible wear, or damage will not be accepted.

    Please note: We do not offer return pickups for local delivery orders. Customers are responsible for shipping or dropping off their return to the provided return address.

    We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.

  3. Final Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount are final sale. This includes items on our "sale" page, where both the original price and discounted price are listed. Orders using discount codes on full-priced items are eligible for return.

  4. Return Processing: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your package. We’ll send you an update as soon as it’s done!

  5. Return Label Policy: Please note, we can only issue one return label per order. To ensure a smooth return process, please include all items you wish to return in the return request form.

  6. Return-to-Sender Fee: If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll issue a refund for the item, but a $15 charge will be deducted for domestic returns and a $30 charge for international returns to cover shipping costs.

  7. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. If you selected a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, your banking institution may require additional time to process the refund.

As a small business with limited stock, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment. We understand this might be a little inconvenient, so we’ve made the process as simple as possible for you if you need a different size or color.

Return your item and select store credit.

  1. After your return is processed, you’ll receive an email with your store credit.

  2. Use your store credit to repurchase the item in your preferred size or color.

Please note, items tend to sell out fast, so we can’t guarantee availability by the time your return is processed. If you're concerned about missing out, we recommend repurchasing the item before returning your original order to secure it.
