RETURNS POLICY

  • To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out our Return Request Form with your order details. Once your request is approved, send back your unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached (please keep the safety pin tags intact). After we receive your return, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will then receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit, if requested.

    Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and all returns must meet our policy criteria.

  • The return processing fee helps cover part of the cost of shipping your order back to us.

    For domestic returns, a $15 fee will be deducted. For international returns, a $30 fee will be deducted.

    Returns issued as store credit or refunds will be subject to these fees accordingly.

  • All international orders are final sale and ineligible for return. Please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

  • Items purchased at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned, including those found on our "sale" page where both the original and discounted prices are shown. However, orders that use discount codes on full-priced items are not part of the sale and are eligible for return.

  • As a small business with limited stock, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment. We understand this might be a little inconvenient, so we’ve made the process as simple as possible for you if you need a different size or color.

    1. Return your item and select store credit.

    2. After your return is processed, you’ll receive an email with your store credit.

    3. Use your store credit to repurchase the item in your preferred size or color.

    Keep in mind that items often sell out quickly, so we can’t guarantee availability when your return is processed. If you’re worried about missing out, we recommend repurchasing the item before returning your original order.

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your item.
    You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s been reviewed and either approved or denied based on our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 7 additional business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

    • Free shipping on U.S. orders $75 and up.

      All shipments are sent via USPS, with typical delivery times of 2–7 business days after processing.

  • Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you notice any delays, feel free to contact us—while we aim for speedy delivery, shipping carrier delays are sometimes beyond our control.

  • If a package is returned due to an address error, we will issue a refund for the item minus a $15 fee for domestic returns or $30 for international returns to cover shipping costs.

  • Yes! We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. A flat $30 fee covers international shipping, handling, and tracking.

    Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs. Please note: you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

  • Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a bit early.
    Here’s what to try first:

    1. Wait 24 hours – It may still arrive later in the day or the next.

    2. Double-check your mailbox, front door, side entrances, and with neighbors or your building manager.

    3. Contact your local post office – They can provide GPS delivery info or help locate it.

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. However, if you notice an issue or need to make a change shortly after placing your order, please contact us at shopforgottendreams@outlook.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your order ships.

    If you've already received your order and need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for store credit and purchasing the new item. Please see our Return Policy for more details on returns and exchanges.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover shipping costs. This applies whether the issue is caught early or identified after the package is with the courier.

  • After your package is delivered, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, we’ll issue your store credit via an e-gift card to the email used for the original order.
